From Harrachov along Mumlava creek around Mumlava waterfall up to the Krakonoš´s Breakfast

This route takes 8 km from the centre of Harrachov and it is an undemanding walk or ride. The Mumlava waterfall (Mumlavský vodopád), which you pass on the route is about 10 m high and in terms of width is the number one in the Czech Republic. Just a few meters up the river there are “Giant boilers” - boulders and rock plates with the "bowls", which the current keeps deepening. Furthermore, the trail rolls along the creek Mumlava up to the Krakonoš´s Breakfast, which is crossroads, where there is a seasonal cabin of the Krkonoše Mountains National Park Trust with outdoor seating.

Starting point: Harrachov

Route: It is possible to complete the route in a wheelchair, by foot, by bike and also by car at some places (you can park the car 800 meters in front of the waterfall). On the blue tourist trail in the Anenské valley up to the Krakonoš´s Breakfast.

Points of interest: Museum with the exposition of shingle, Miner´s museum (Hornické muzeum), Mumlava waterfalls (Mumlavské vodopády), Giant pots (Obří hrnce)
