Salt-iodine cave Medispa, Hradec Králové

These caves were built using a combination of pure natural sea salts from the Dead and Black Sea. There are more than 14 tons of salt in the cave. With the help of an air conditioning unit and a ventilation system, air is literally pushed into the cave through porous salt walls, thus creating a unique microclimate. The visitors relax in comfortable deckchairs while listening to pleasant soothing music under beneficial effects of light and darkness. The salt cave also offers special exercises for mothers with children, to develop their gross and fine motor skills.
