Golden trail – the best from Bohemian Paradise

The route leads along the Golden Trail of the Bohemian Paradise, through the centre of Bohemian Paradise Protected Landscape. You can visit the Valdštejn´s castle, or enjoy a view of the giant trees in the arboretum Bukovina where for over 100 years 35 types of trees mainly from North America have been growing. Use the arboretum entrance in its upper part (from the pension Hájovna). It is possible to traverse the route on the marked hiking trails and cycle paths when accompanied by another person.

Starting point: Kacanovy, bus stop

Route: Kacanovy, bus stop – cycle path no. 4012 to Arboretum Bukovina – Jižní sedlo Cestník (South saddle Cestník) – Valdštejn´s castle – along the blue tourist trail to Kopicův statek (farmhouse) - Kacanovy
